I had a bit of a disaster involving some expanding foam and my dishwasher, that led to the door hinge sticking and eventually breaking. Andrew was quick to respond, assessed the problem from just one picture, and was on site in less than 24 hours. He reassured me it was fixable, then immediately got to work, and had it fixed and tested in 25 minutes. His rate was beyond reasonable -- both in general, and for how high the quality of his work is. I will not hesitate to reach out if I ever have any appliance issues.

Andrei is very knowledgeable about appliances. He repaired my dishwasher and arrived ahead of schedule in order to get the job done. I sent him a message at midnight on Friday night thinking that I would hear from him sometime in the future but he actually responded right after. He is very effective at his job and I was impressed by his thorough knowledge. It was as if I was speaking to an engineer -- he probably is, because of the depth of his knowledge and his willingness to explain issues in a step by step manner.

Based on my description of the problem, he was able and willing to bring the parts with him and fix my Bosch dishwasher in one shot without wasting my time and charging for a “consultation”.
