- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No service call fee, inspection and estimation free. Schedule an appointment , if customer can describe the problem then I can give a estimate. In most cases necessary to come by to inspect the appliance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical education, I am an engineer. I also have over 7 years of experience in repairing and servicing household appliances.

All types of customers. Residentials and Offices.
