I called FIX SOLUTIONS LLC to repair our Bosch washer. I contacted Fix solutions and heard back from Ivan right away, and on a weekend! Ivan gave me the choice of coming that same day for a small weekend upcharge, or coming later in the week. Ivan came, assessed the situation, gave me some overall thoughts on my (old) washer, and clearly reviewed my options. Once I ordered and received the necessary part Ivan returned quickly and efficiently repaired the machine. In sum, Ivan was quick in communicating, knowledgable, prompt and easy to work with. Fix Solutions will be my go to call for any appliance issues I have in the future.

As with many appliance repairs, they are needed quickly. Ivan was very responsive, professional and punctual. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He gave me an estimate on the spot and had the washing machine functional in less than 2 hours. I don't know how it gets better than that.
