I called FIX SOLUTIONS LLC to repair our Bosch washer. I contacted Fix solutions and heard back from Ivan right away, and on a weekend! Ivan gave me the choice of coming that same day for a small weekend upcharge, or coming later in the week. Ivan came, assessed the situation, gave me some overall thoughts on my (old) washer, and clearly reviewed my options. Once I ordered and received the necessary part Ivan returned quickly and efficiently repaired the machine.
In sum, Ivan was quick in communicating, knowledgable, prompt and easy to work with. Fix Solutions will be my go to call for any appliance issues I have in the future.

Great experience working with Ivan!!. He dotted a lot of the boxes-kept me abreast of his arrival; responded quickly, had parts with him. He came the next day and in no time my Monochrome Dishwasher had a new valve and was fixed! I will use him again without reservation. I highly recommend Ivan. I had an issue with my washer/dryer. Ivan was first to respond, gave me a fixed quote, and arrived on time. The part he replaced turned out to be defective, which happens, but he came back to complete the repair and do a tune up the next day. Machine works better than ever. The entire process he was very communicative and checked in with me to confirm the machine was fixed.

As with many appliancerepairs, they are needed quickly. Ivan was very responsive, professional and punctual. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He gave me an estimate on the spot and had the washing machine functional in less than 2 hours. I don't know how it gets better than that.
