What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing — you approve the estimate before any repair begins.
Diagnostic fees:
• Appliance diagnostics: $69 + tax
• HVAC diagnostics: $99 + tax
If you proceed with the repair through us, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair total. Simple fixes completed during the same visit start at $69 for appliances and $99 for HVAC; the final labor price is quoted after diagnostics, based on the confirmed fault — we diagnose first and name the price after testing, not before.
Free estimates: We offer free on-site estimates for HVAC replacement and installation projects.
Discounts:
• Returning customers: 15% off labor on your next qualifying service.
• Paying by Zelle, cash, or check: 3% off.
Warranty: 90-day labor warranty on repairs (1 year on sealed-system repairs). Parts are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, as specified on your receipt.
Our estimates are valid for 30 days. Payment is due upon completion of the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Scheduling: We collect your full name, service address, phone number, and email, and book a visit Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm.
2. Diagnostics: For repairs, our technician inspects and diagnoses the problem on site. For HVAC replacement or installation, we provide a free on-site estimate.
3. Estimate: You receive a clear estimate for the recommended repair before any work begins. Work starts only after your approval.
4. Repair: If additional issues are discovered during the repair, we provide a separate estimate and proceed only after your approval.

Our owner and lead technician holds EPA 608 Universal certification for refrigerant handling. Our technicians follow manufacturer diagnostic procedures: we confirm the fault with tests before recommending a repair or a part replacement, so you never pay for a part your system may not need.
