Vlad responded quickly to my request, researched the particular issue (Midea A/C recall), wrote me a clear explanation of the problem and solution that he had figured out, and gave me a choice about how to proceed. Upon arrival, he also explained what he would do and cleaned the units (inside and out) as well. I can highly recommend him.

I prepared shower caps for the repair man, but he brought it and put on his shoes. ISome people might not care about this, but I really appreciate it.He told me honest opinions to repair the washing machine. He repaired it! Even if it couldn't be repaired, it wasn't his fault; it was simply the end of the machine's useful life. Amazing!
