Vlad responded quickly to my request, researched the particular issue (Midea A/C recall), wrote me a clear explanation of the problem and solution that he had figured out, and gave me a choice about how to proceed. Upon arrival, he also explained what he would do and cleaned the units (inside and out) as well. I can highly recommend him.

Mr. Vladislav Pelevin, owner of Kashtak Appliance Service, is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. If an appliance is beyond repair, he will tell you instead of doing a job he knows will not ultimately work. His fees are reasonable and he communicates well with the client. If he schedules a visit, he will make every effort to be there on time. The client will be notified if a problem arises. I have been extremely satisfied with his work and have no reservation recommending Kashtak for appliance repair!
