Vlad responded quickly to my request, researched the particular issue (Midea A/C recall), wrote me a clear explanation of the problem and solution that he had figured out, and gave me a choice about how to proceed. Upon arrival, he also explained what he would do and cleaned the units (inside and out) as well. I can highly recommend him.

Mr. Vladislav Pelevin, owner of Kashtak Appliance Service, is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. If an appliance is beyond repair, he will tell you instead of doing a job he knows will not ultimately work. His fees are reasonable and he communicates well with the client. If he schedules a visit, he will make every effort to be there on time. The client will be notified if a problem arises. I have been extremely satisfied with his work and have no reservation recommending Kashtak for appliance repair!

Five star! The technician was on time, very professional, and took the time to explain the problem in detail. The repair was completed quickly, and he went the extra mile by pointing out other electrical issues that could affect my appliances in the future.
