Vlad responded quickly to my request, researched the particular issue (Midea A/C recall), wrote me a clear explanation of the problem and solution that he had figured out, and gave me a choice about how to proceed. Upon arrival, he also explained what he would do and cleaned the units (inside and out) as well. I can highly recommend him.

Vlad did an excellent job with repairing my refrigerator condenser fan motor and oven igniter replacement. A piece had to be ordered for next day delivery. Vlad explained the cost of repairing items and how they worked. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and respectable. He always put covering over his shoes before entering your home. He listened to my concerns and was very patient and attentive. I really appreciated the senior citizens discount . I will definitely be referring him and his services to family and friends.
