Alex was great. Very knowledgeable about my Liebherr freezer. It was not getting cold enough, and he fixed it right up with a solution particular to that brand. He was also the only appliance repair person out of the 4 I contacted who would actually tell me via chat what the issue probably was (he was right), and exactly what the labor would cost. Good communication, knows his stuff.
