I recommend Rob for anyone who has a frig they love and do not want to part with, but has issues most repair professionals wouldn't want to deal with. The lower frame to my stainless frig (pullout freezer) was bent enabling air to enter, which caused the ice to have an inordinate amount of build-up and the frig. worked on only about a 10% capacity. Rob spent several hours working on the frig---including restoring the balance to the bent frame. Now the frig works like brand new. He is wonderful.

Rob stayed as long as it was going to take to get the job done. Rob perseveres and checks every area that could potentially cause a problem and figures it out. He spent quite a long time with me, not knowing I removed screws from the back of the panel that held my fan to the ice-maker of my refrigerator in place. Thank fully I remembered to tell him that I did so. Once that was taken care of all was well. He was super reasonable with his price considering the amount of time he spent on the repair. I would highly recommend him.

Rob fit me into his schedule within 24 hours of first contact and was punctual for the appointment. My Samsung dryer was not starting. He was very transparent about his work flow, displaying and explaining repair problem and explaining the costs involved. He had the necessary replacement part on hand so he was able to repair my Samsung dryer in roughly an hour's time. When the job was done before leaving Rob texted me links to washer and dryer maintenance kits he recommended. An awesome value added from a caring professional!
