I hardly ever write reviews, but Rob delivers stand out service and deserves more than 5 stars! He truly cares about his work and client satisfaction, and is responsive, very knowledgeable, attentive to detail, hardworking, and has a great sense of humor, too. He has serviced our oven, microwave, and washer/dryer. He always offers valuable tips and advice for how to use and care for our appliances, and even sends us links to care accessories we’d otherwise never know about. After working with other repairmen in the past, I can now say he is officially our guy - we’re glad we found him on Thumbtack and we’ll be reaching out to him for any future maintenance needs.
