- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I determine pricing based on the particulars of an event needs. The per hour cost varies, depending on event length & what is to be served, be it an original cocktail menu that is designed for said event. (including mocktails!) Standard cocktails & 1&1s (Think Bellinis and Gin & Tonics) or simply beer, wine & beverages. Whether or not the venue has a bar already is very important as well, a need for a satellite bar will increase the rate. I do however apply discounts to clients who allow tip jars!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a lead, I typically like to setup a phone call to hammer out the details of what a client needs. Once both parties have a clearer picture and agree on the direction that we should go in, I make a detailed email confirming the requirements, to which the client will reply with the subject line (Bar Confirmed for xx.xx.xxxx).

I've worked with any type you can imagine. From patrons of the arts, to the worlds favorite celebrities & everyday folk who simply want to celebrate life with good drinks in hand!
