- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learn something new about my field everyday through daily reading via the internet, trade magazines, and personal interactions with guests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started out of necessity. I didn't know anything about the industry when I first started, but I knew after working my first shift that hospitality was for me. It compliments the qualities that I possess that you need to thrive in the industry which is hard work, dedication, and a forward thinking and positive mentality. I've been doing it full time ever since.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your provider has a guarantee of quality. Without it, everything else means nothing.
