The Max Hospitality Team have been true professionals all the way through this process. They were early to the event for set up and preparation. Nicole, Kaitlyn and Angel were GREAT! Everyone enjoyed their drinks and their professionalism. They were able to keep the drinks flowing at a rapid rate, which made the party more enjoyable for the guests. I’ll make sure to recommend Max Hospitality to anyone that asks for bartending services.

Yoli, our bartender, and Lucio, our server, were nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment they arrived until the very end of the afternoon, they were professional, personable, attentive, and incredibly organized. Yoli crafted outstanding cocktails with efficiency and a smile, while Lucio made sure our guests were well taken care of throughout the event. Together, they made an exceptional team.
The drinks were fantastic, the service was seamless, and their positive energy added so much to the atmosphere. Throughout the day, countless guests commented on how friendly, welcoming, and professional they both were. As hosts, there is no greater gift than being able to relax and enjoy time with family and friends, knowing everything is being handled by people you completely trust. That’s exactly what Yoli and Lucio gave us.
What stood out most wasn’t just how well they performed their jobs, but the genuine hospitality they showed every guest. They treated our celebration as if it were their own, paying attention to every detail and making everyone feel welcome.

Our annual BBQ was a big hit thanks to our amazing bartender Nicole! She was super friendly, her mixed drinks tasted delicious and she's remembered everyone's preference before they reached the bar. We will be hiring them again and you should hire them you will not regret it!

Every customer’s needs are different. We are here to listen to what you’re looking for, and help you have a fun, successful event, according to your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make sure we are the perfect fit! It is always a priority for us to get on a call to add a personal touch. Messaging may be more comfortable and convenient, but we enjoy getting to know our clients as best as we can, and hearing exactly what you need so we can best service you.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our team has worked with a large variety of clients from intimate home gatherings, to large corporate team building events. We have had events with as few as two people, and as large as a few hundred guests. Birthday parties, mom’s night in, wedding celebrations, corporate events, holiday parties.. you name it, we’ve done it. There is not an ask too big, or too small, that we are not ready to handle.
