Thorough job. Reasonable pricing. We had no idea that upon coming back from Christmas break we had brought bed bugs back with us. It took several weeks until we realized that the itching was in fact bed bugs. Spoke to several companies and did thorough research online. Ecoplus offered the most service at very reasonable pricing. They offer all the bells and whistles with a solid warranty and put their effort into every aspect of the treatment. Very happy!!!

Found on thumbtack while searching for a pest control company to conquer a bed bug dilemma. These guys nailed it. Very versatile and smart. We worked with Jeff an account manager who performed our service and was our point man for resources and guidance. The initial call was informative and warm. Jeff answered our questions and was upfront. He got us prepared in a quick minute and optimized our treatment. We got a detailed treatment plan and resource guide. Throughout the project which lasted approximately 1 month he was always accessible and engaging. Will be hiring again for quarterly services.

We had hired Eco to help with a bed bug issue in our 2 bedroom apartment. Our little girl had been getting bites and it took us several weeks to piece together the cause of the issue. We researched treatment options and begin interviewing several companies. Eco was the runner up by services offered and their warmth in speaking to us. George was compassionate and patient. He spent a solid 30 minutes on the phone with us during our intake call (initial conversation) and had presented several detailed custom treatment options. We had a combination which consisted of Heat to kill the bed bugs and chemical for long-term residual control. In all of the time we worked together there was none of that pushiness or disregard for our concern. He understood our family was going through a nightmare and his empathy and knowledge of the issue and how to handle it was assuring and comforting. George and Jeff performed the treatment together – also a huge plus to know the person who performs the treatment is the same person you speak to. As for the treatment, they use all the latest equipment – cryonite, actisol micron injection, and exacticide power injection to deliver cimexa dust into the walls. I really researched this. They treatment and follow up visit was kept as promised and the guys kept in touch with us at all times. Thumbs up!!

The service is good and they have plenty of resources available. Thanks George and team for helping us out. You were patient, brave, and demonstrated excellent service etiquette. George was our point man for resources and satisfaction. Solid guy with experience. Was great on the initial conversation and followed through precisely when he performed the treatments. The main treatment lasted 2 and a half hours and the follow-ups approximately 45 minutes. The issue was resolved after the main treatment. I recommend them.
