Affordable and Effective! Bed bug free. I am tearing from joy as I write this review. Finally able to step into my home and feel safe. The team who just treated my home was every bit what I researched online regarding proper bed bug treatments. They inspected every inch, did not miss a single item, made sure that every room and piece of furniture was treated and spent time with me after the treatment discussing post treatment maintenance and preventative measures. They genuinely place pride in their work which is reflected in every aspect of their approach. They took the time to walk me through the details of their inspection, what treatment steps they would be employing and why, during the bed bug extermination they kept a neat and safe working environment, when the bed bug extermination was complete, they were nice enough to mop up and sweep up after themselves (good manners and craftsmanship go a long way here). The team was highly knowledgeable and supportive. By far the best bed bug exterminators in NYC. I had 3 bed bug exterminators fail over a period of 6 months, none even performed a fraction of the treatment methods that this crew performed and none had the skill, high tech equipment, and pride in their work ethic. Happily free of bed bugs in NYC.

My bed bug super heroes! We received an eco-friendly treatment that was affordable without taking away from the level of service. I spent weeks online doing aggressive research on bed bug treatment types. This company provides a full service with all the bells and whistles( Steam disinfection, use of high end eco friendly products, the equipment alone made it more clear that they were there to get it done! And they got it done at a very fair price and went above and beyond for us. They are owner operated and very family oriented - this is a huge plus given the sensitive nature of the issue. The owner is very knowledgeable and had supervised the service himself and covered every item on my "bed bug extermination list" from inspection to prep work and all the way through the follow through. Watching them work one can see they care about the result and their clients. We felt comfortable and in good hands ( and this has been the first time since this bed bug ordeal started). Thank you gentlemen! We are truly thankful for all your support and devotion.

Bed Big Free!!!!!! One of the most genuinely passionate companies I had dealt with in a while. Their follow up and post treatment involvement is a huge plus. They genuinely care. Being an architect myself I know a thing or two about service and qualities of a good crew. These gentlemen took control of a very serious situation. Exercised discretion in every step of the way. Showed expert level etiquette and workmanship while in our home. They rely on some high tech equipment (I did not know the true level of sophistication nailing these bed bugs takes). The process was quick and painless and our home was in good hands.

Superb! Caring, patient, true professionals! I had bed bugs. The torture and difficulty is unexplainable. We are beyond happy for thumbtack helping us find this great company. The owner took the time and care to get the project completed. They were discreet, arriving in an unmarked SUV, and had their gear and equipment set up in 20 minutes after arriving. 15 minutes after the house was being inspected. They did not miss an inch when they were looking. Walked me through in detail what steps they were going to take and what post treatment measures I have to take. They provided clear and detailed instructions on both the necessary preparation work and tips on how to avoid the issue going forward. We are scheduled for a follow up visit in 2 weeks. I am confident his issue is resolved. The home is definitely pest free. True gentlemen!

Bed Bug Free in NJ - These guys are what pros are made of; work ethic is beyond expectations and the customer service is 5 star. Speaking with James one of the owners, he made us feel comfortable and back in control of our lives. K9 inspection was a positive hit, James then walked us through in detail of the prep work to be done, we had a heat treatment done (cooking the whole house). James performed / supervised the treatment himself. I like that it was not some technician but in fact the owner. They were discreet and highly knowledgeable. The follow up treatment and warranty went off without a hitch. The support staff deserves a huge pat on the back for relentlessly answering question after question. This is a genuine firm with the clients well being in mind. True gentlemen. We can't be more happier. Worth noting we had several other companies come out to us.. Day and night. These guys are the real deal. JP
