Hi. So sorry i took a while to write a review. I wanted to say thank you so much in looking thoroughly at each mattress, each box spring, each bed frame, all the curtains, every toy in my daughters room, all the drawers & closets, electric sockets & cracks every where in the house. We only needed 1 visit and they were gone for good. You were very punctual, very professional, you have a great and reasonable price and you do other services as well. And the best part of your visit is that you answered all my questions ratger they were silly or reasonable about bedbugs. Its great to have a professional explain in such depth all there is to know about bedbugs. Thank you so, so, so much (especially since i was the only one getting bit) for helping us out in getting rid of them. They were gone the minute you treated the house. I will definitely recommend you to all my contacts as bedbugs are on the rise. Thanks again!

My roach & rodent pricing is pretty standard. My bedbug pricing system is slightly different than others. My pricing for bedbugs vary state to state. But overall my prices are always lower than others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out as much as I can about their problem and taking the necessary steps to fix it
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the pest control industry training is ongoing thru out our careers. I was trained in St. Paul minnesota when I began in this business 10 years ago. Thru out the years you have to study and pass exams in order to get new licenses.
