What’s Bugging You was the definition of white glove service. No one likes bugs and from the moment I put out a request to deal with a new cockroach infestation they were quick to respond with same day service. On a Saturday in the heart of New York City. The tech Jonathan was incredible. So thorough and went above and beyond to explain everything he was doing and products used. He was extremely personable and respectful of every inch of the space.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My roach & rodent pricing is pretty standard. My bedbug pricing system is slightly different than others. My pricing for bedbugs vary state to state. But overall my prices are always lower than others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out as much as I can about their problem and taking the necessary steps to fix it
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the pest control industry training is ongoing thru out our careers. I was trained in St. Paul minnesota when I began in this business 10 years ago. Thru out the years you have to study and pass exams in order to get new licenses.
