  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    GARRICK MASON - FOUNDER, PRESIDENT, CEO, AND HEAD CHEF Originally from Jamaica, Garrick Mason grew up loving the full flavors and powerful tastes of Caribbean food. To realize his dream of one day owning his own food business, Mason moved to America and studied under chefs at various NYC restaurants. He has worked with culturally diverse foods, including Chinese, Spanish, Jamaican, and American food. In 2011, his dream of owning his own catering business came true.
