I went to New York on business to organise an exhibition for 5 young contemporary artists. The goal was to make an opening party, invite potential clients, buyers, art dealers and bloggers. Let's just say, a lot was at stake and we were really worried that something could go wrong. We were really happy when a friend recommended Royal Catering company to us. We had a specific request and they delivered to all of our needs and figured out what we wanted really fast. We ordered many snacks and hors d'oeuvres that would fit the setting and the style of the party. We wanted something really trendy and hip, like a mix of sweet&sour, different spreads with berries and fruits. We were really pleased to see that a lot of guests were coming up to the food table again and again. After the appetizers there were several main courses served in a form of finger food, so that it would be easy for the guests to grab anything they want and spread around the room to eat at high tables and communicate.
Also Royal Catering company provided us with well trained staff such as 3 bartenders and several waiters, who were quietly serving the guests without interrupting the show. (We also had live artist performances); We decided to go with the minimalistic decoration for the event, but one week before the opening we decided to add at least some kind of decoration and were happy to hear that RC could also help us out with that issue. They were fast with finding the best decor elements such as Warhol-style balloons that really fit into the whole artsy idea. After the main part of the evening dessert was served with champagne and that's when it was hard to close the party down =) People really loved the tasty and cute dessert-candy bar and just didn't wanna leave. At the end of the event cleaning team came and cleaned out the place really fast, which made the gallery owner really happy. The whole atmosphere of the event really lived up to our expectations and we got generous and positive reviews from the guests. Many many thanks to the Royal Catering team, who I would definitely recommend to friends and colleagues.

I enjoyed working with Royal Catering company. As it was my first experience as a professional event planner in NYC, guys really helped me. We were planning a wedding reception for almost one hundred people in Long Island and needed food, drinks, dinnerware and flatware, and decorations, as well as waiters and bartenders. Everything was organized on time. They are professionals for sure. I just loved to work with RC people and would definitely recommend their services.

These guys rock! Thank you a lot! Otto and his crew made our event unforgettable. They are reliable and responsive. I had no problem dealing with this Catering company for my dinner. We did most of our communications through email and phone calls. And as we had not that much time for preparation I bet I was super irritating. But Otto was very patient and listened carefully to what i was asking about.
Food was very delicious! Everything was so beautiful! My guests loved the food presentation.
Looking forward working with Royal Catering again!

What a flawless and beautiful dinner we had!
Otto and his dream-team organized an anniversary party for my parents. Initially I just needed a food for the event. But as a result during the party-planning process me and Otto decided to work not only with food delivery, but also add decorations, hors d'oeuvres, and banquet set-up, cleaning and serving. I really appreciated Otto's passion to make our event special! He also recommended to hire not only waiters, but sommelier. My parents enjoy good wine! And it was such an amazing experience! Sommelier offered different wines from different countries and accompanied dinner with the presentation of each wine! And I've attached photos to my review (even though they are in a bad quality). You can see how totally ROYAL everything is!
