Carol and her amazing team were able to create magic on short notice for a work event my company held planning. From set-up to the taste of the food everything was excellent! We will definitely use her services again.

Carol & Crew provided catering & delivery for our in home Christmas gather of about 30 folks. Given the order was on short notice and on a holiday, she was amazingly willing and receptive to work with us. 5 of s6 of the choices I'd rate as outstanding. Particularly awesome was the beef brisket (amazing), the BBQ ribs, mac and cheese and asparagus. The general chicken was very good and only the vegan spinach empenada's were a little less than expected (but then again, they were vegan -- no cheese!) I'd highly recommend T&C on all fronts and will certainly call on them again. Be careful not to over order, the "full" potions, while a good value, are ridiculously large -- we were eating leftovers throughout the holidays.

My wedding took place on June 28, 2014 and all I can say was Carol was a breathe of fresh air. Carol helped me with more than planning the food, she was calming and touched base with me all the time putting my mind at ease. Her staff was professional and so nice. On the big day, I had a table linen situation because of a misunderstanding with the venue and Carol came to our aid by reaching out to her rental contact and getting us linens right before our reception. I can go on and on about Carol and her staff but know I will be using her services again for any event I need catering.

Carol and her staff helped us have an amazing wedding experience. The food was a hit, and the bartender did a great job too. I don't expect to get married again, but if you are looking for caterers, go with T and C!

I knew the wedding of my dreams was not going to be in a catering hall or “wedding factory”. My groom and I wanted food for our wedding that represented our African- American and Afro -Cuban Caribbean roots which led me to T&C Catering. Ms. Carol Foster was extremely attentive through the planning process with great follow-up emails and thoroughness with all the many correspondence through our 1 year of planning. T&C ran our day seamlessly! The team at T&C did the set up and decorating of our tables exactly to my instructions. It was an incredible feeling walking into our venue (which we had rented basically as raw space) and to see it all come together. My vision was executed beyond my expectations! Our guest tables were GORGEOUS!!! Saving the best for last was the most amazing food from the delicious appetizers to the scrumptious home style meal that my guests are still talking about weeks after the wedding. Ms. Carol Foster is an absolute professional and a sweetheart to work with. I miss our correspondence leading up to the wedding! We can’t thank T& C catering enough for all the hard work and making our wedding day so beautiful!
