I’ve contacted this company to book on December 23,2024. He came to the location in December 24,2024. He diagnose the problem and stated that one furnace needed dusting out and nothing was wrong with it and the other one needed two parts replaced. He stated that his price was 250.00. I’ve said no problem. I later contacted him asking him for an invoice on what was done so I can give to management, also provided him with the email so he can send it to them himself. He sent a breakdown from his notes as well as no professional way to pay ( for tax purposes ) no receipt on the work done etc . I’ve also asked on December 24,2024 for the parts need , price etc to completed job . Please keep in mind the next day was Christmas . No business occurs on the holidays . The next morning after Christmas ( dec 26) he contacts me asking for payment I reassure him that it has been sent . He was suppose to return Thursday ( dec 26) to complete the job. He stated the reason he did not come was because payment was not sent . He also never sent the parts needed to completed the job. He claimed to be waiting “ no eta , no timeframe just waiting .. UNACCEPTABLE I’ve explained to him payment was never the issue . Me ( employee) has to show the owner proper breakdown of work . Also Zelle is not a professional way to pay. I then ask him is he coming back to complete the job or does he want me to find someone else if he doesn’t want to do it . He states to find someone else AFTER the payment has been sent. Now I have to contact my bank. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional and uncalled for . Especially in times like this the holiday season , the freezing weather etc. It’s sad that people have no heart & are money hungry! I will not book again ! They do not bill you properly! They do not give you a proper receipt! They are unprofessional! This is ridiculous giving the fact that I have been nothing but professional. You cannot ask ownership to pay without showing them a breakdown. Never again
