My dryer was making a crazy sound whenever it turned on to the point I was scared to continue using it. Ian was responsive and well communicating. He answered all my questions about the A/C treatment options and confirmed the technician's arrival in the day. 12 month assurance after their clean up was deal breaker. Ramil on the day did a tidy job, preserving the home fittings well and making sure he gets rid of all grime and mold.
