FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and depends on the scope of work. For service and repairs we begin with a paid diagnostic service call. After diagnosing the issue we explain the problem and provide repair options before any work is performed. The customer always approves the cost before repairs begin. For installations, ventilation and ductwork we provide a free estimate after evaluating the project. For cleaning and maintenance services customers may receive pricing over the phone if the system type and service needed are clearly described. If the final price on site is different, the customer will always be informed before any work starts. Discounts may be available when multiple services are completed during the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Service & Repair We begin by collecting basic information such as contact details, system type, issue description, and urgency. We explain the diagnostic service call fee and schedule a convenient appointment. During the visit we perform a full system diagnostic to identify the problem. After the diagnosis we clearly explain the issue and provide repair options. The diagnostic service call is paid after the diagnostic is completed, and the customer receives a receipt with our findings and recommendations. If the customer decides to proceed with the repair, the work is completed after the scope and price are approved. Installation / Ventilation / Ductwork To provide an accurate price and scope of work we need to inspect the property. The estimate visit is free. After evaluating the project the customer receives a detailed estimate with the full scope of work and pricing. Cleaning Services & Maintenance We collect information about the system type, number of units, and accessibility. In many cases pricing can be discussed before the visit. After the service is completed the customer receives a receipt and recommendations if additional maintenance is needed. For some projects involving equipment or special order parts, a deposit may be required. All work is performed with a service warranty.
