Kevin was courteous, professional and went above and beyond to help my family when our air conditioning went out the day before the 4th of July. It all ended after 11:40 PM a couple of days later when the ordered part was delayed, yet he still came out to complete my repair. Beyond all this, he knew what he was doing, expertly diagnosed my problem and completed the repair at a ridiculously late time of night (almost morning). I would strongly recommend this company/man to anyone. I would give 6 stars if I could. In a word, Exceptional.
