- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several services and each one requires a deposit. That deposit will confirm your spot on the calander and will go towards your services. If any mishaps happen such as late cancellations or we are not able to enter the property, your deposit will be forfeit. We offer discounts to new clients and clients who refer my service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client express interest in utilizing our services, we schedule a phone call that entails inquiring information about their home/office. Once at the property, we take a walk through and have clients express their concerns and where they would like a little TLC.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I moved to NYC I was working three part time jobs and extremely dissatisfied with my work situation. A good friend recommended task rabbit and explained that their platform offer different services. Thats when I slowly began getting into entrepreneurship.
