Ben helped us fix hot water issue, it was a issue that’s been bothering us for years. Previous technicians were not able to fix the root cause issues except Ben. Ben identified the issue and fixed it. Also, he clean up our tank via some maintainence works. We also asked Ben to take a look at our AC water pump issue, previous technician quote overprice ask to fix but Ben fixed it with very reasonable price. He helped us install new external pump and make sure it’s working. Overall, Ben is the guy I’d recommend 100% to my friends.

Ben arrived right as he said he would and immediately assessed the situation and got to work. He explained every step he was going to take to get the work done and made sure to answer all of my questions. There were 3 smaller jobs in one to do and I wasn’t sure Ben would be able to finish all of the work in one day, but he did. He left everything very tidy for me and clean up was easy. Ben was friendly, courteous, and professional and did a really good job! I would highly recommend BQ Consulting.

Ben is one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with. He responded to my request within an hour and came by the same afternoon. He did everything in a very clean manner and kept the old parts properly in a box. He also gave great tips to keep the water heater running for a lot longer. My bathroom was overran with sewage and water and flooding from the floors and toilet to the shower. BQ Consulting responded to my request for emergency plumbing services quickly, was able to come out within hours of speaking and professionally and safely resolved my backed up plumbing situation. He also offered advice to prevent it from happening again. I will be using BQ again to clean my whole house pipes and appreciate the quality of work he provides.
