FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the issue, but I always explain the cost before starting any work. Basic diagnostics are affordable, and if the repair is simple, I keep the price fair. More complicated jobs like data recovery, virus removal, OS reinstall, or system repair may cost more depending on the time needed. I do not add hidden fees, and I always let the customer know their options before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer what problem they are having and when it started. Then I check the computer, run diagnostics, and find the real cause of the issue. After that, I explain what I found, what needs to be done, and the estimated price. Once the customer approves, I repair the system, test everything carefully, and make sure the computer is working properly before returning it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of hands-on experience working with Windows and Mac computers. I also completed studies at TU Delft in the Netherlands, which helped build my technical background and problem-solving skills. Most of my experience comes from real-world computer repair, diagnostics, software troubleshooting, data recovery, virus removal, OS installation, driver issues, and hardware upgrades such as RAM, SSD/HDD, and GPU replacement.
