I have been fixing PC's for years some at little no cost. I am very personable and caring and take pride in offering my best to all who choose to hire me. I am Honest and stand behind my work and offer followup to insure that the client is happy overall. I Love working with technology and helping people to use and understand their computers better. I have worked remotely and onsite for many clients also helping the elderly and home PC users.

Joe did my repair. He knows his stuff and was patient, persistent and restored my computer like new. Furthermore, I felt secure with the work and my valuable information -- very important. The only improvement would be to have him on speed dial! Great service -- integrity both personal & professional.

I have finally found the one I can call my personal Tech. Patient, knowledgeable and actually fixed my rig without creating another problem. I think that is called honesty, which many techs lack. Joe is highly recommended. He really takes his time and prides himself to resolve any challenge confronted with even conferring with colleagues for real comprehensive problems. 3 times I have used him and referred him more that a half dozen times. Try him, you'll like him.
