To whom this may concern
We found ourselves in a tough situation while opening one of my operations in Kuwait . we needed a Pastry Chef to lead our team and help with design and implementation of a new pastry line. Desperate I placed a ad and had many people respond .Tai Choppings resume stood out. We spoke on the phone and immediately made plans to fly her to our office in Buffalo NY we were impressed and offered her the job
Ms Chopping spent the next week designing exactly what we needed for this space. On April 9th she flew to Kuwait and immediately got to work organizing the pastry kitchen , hiring, ordering products and literally worked 14 + hour days for 16 days
We couldn't be happier with her work ethic, demeanor and dedication She was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend Tai for any job or consulting position
