- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Professional Face Painting starts at $400 for a two-hour booking. Glam Bar services start at $300, and Unicorn Party Hair starts at $200. Classic Indoor Bubble Shows start at $500, VIP Bubble Shows at $800, and Outdoor Bubble Fun at $500. Final pricing depends on the service, duration, event location, guest count, and number of artists required. Travel fees may apply. Custom quotes are available for schools, corporate events, large celebrations, and long-distance bookings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please send your event date, exact location, event type, estimated guest count, children’s ages, and preferred service. I will confirm availability, review the event requirements, and provide an exact quote, including any applicable travel fee. Once the service details and payment are confirmed, the date and time are officially reserved. Before the event, I confirm the arrival time, setup requirements, and any venue or Certificate of Insurance requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Professional Face Painting Course at the International Face Painting School and continue to develop my skills through professional training, industry conferences, competitions, and teaching. I am an award-winning professional artist and international instructor specializing in detailed face artistry and interactive bubble entertainment. Holiday Event Agency is fully insured and registered as an NYC Public Schools vendor.
