About
I am a professional instructor. Teaching skills has been my primary work for more than 30 years.
I love teaching people how to help each other. Our classes are fast, fun and professional.
We offer CPR, BLS, First Aid, Safe Baby, O2 administration, Narcan and bloodborne pathogen training. We sell and service AEDs and we now sell and train the LifeVac Choking device. We also offer a lunchtime meditation program for workplaces that would like to equip their staff with tools to help manage stress.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per person, based on class size and location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the customer and I work out a time that works for both of us, and I show up and run the class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an EMT for almost 10 years, ultimately serving my community as an EMT-I and a Crew Chief. I've done CPR in the field as a bystander, a lifeguard, and an EMT. I've also studied biology, minoring in it at college, and have started my Master's in Public Health.
