Any M. says, "Update: I received multiple calls after reviewing this company. My review clearly states I did not get to work with them so I was not reviewing their work quality. I was reviewing the experience I had when I attempted to get help. I did block their number but also understand that this is their bread and butter and decided to update my review to 5 stars but will keep the comments I made. I didn’t get a chance to actually work with this company so I can’t give a detailed review about their work quality. I contacted this company for assistance with birds in my vent. I got a phone call almost immediately. Unfortunately I was met with farfetched scenarios. They asked me how I know it’s birds and not squirrels… I explained that I can hear them chirping and flapping their wings. The guy then said that it would be difficult and they may need to break into the walls in case they got into other parts of the house, and that it could get expensive quick. All I wanted was for someone to come check the vent and put a cover on it because it was pretty high up. In the end I did not end up working with them, my husband got on a ladder and put a cover on the vent. We banged on the wall, watched the birds fly out and covered it up. Simple. Thankfully no birds were left inside, especially not babies- which was one of our concerns."See more
