Marlon DJ'ed our private rooftop event for ~100 people, and was an absolute delight to work with. Responsive from the start, took initiative to understand our equipment and music needs, and delivered on his promise of dancefloor bliss, mixing pop and hip hop with island vibes, and working in some edgy rock based on my request. Brought his own equipment and festive DJ booth that fit the event vibes. Wouldn't hesitate to work with him for another event.

I used thumbtack to try to find a DJ for my wedding. I put something out there for the vibe and flow of the night that I was looking for. DJ Pelau was one of the first to respond bit the only person to do so that made me feel like we were on the same page. I continued to touch base with him in the months leading up to our party and he continued to be very perfessional and reassuring that he was going to be able to create what I wanted. I feel like I was a pain in the ass sometimes because the whole event leadup I was uncomfortable with. Music helps me to be comfortable and I wanted to make sure that shit was right. I was also a extra sensitive sissy about everything. So I would shoot Pelau another nervous email and he would set me straight that he had me and no worries. Most importantly he delivered exactly what he said. I just let him do his thing and I was really happy with the way everything played out. I would 100% recommend DJ Pelau

I hired DJ Pelau to DJ for my birthday party. He got on the phone with me before my event ( multiple times ) to make sure we were on the same page for music & vibe. He knows it all! He knew all the hip-hop, house, oldies & just the right way to mix them together. He’s so in tune with the crowd & how to adjust. Plus- HE is amazing ! Cool guy, great work, communication & reliability, awesome vibes. 100% recommend.

He brought my wedding afterparty in Italy to another level, constantly breaking out surprises that had people rotating to give props for the cleverness! Two thumbs up for DJ Pelau in every setting!
