- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DON Sounds pricing is set at a 3/4 hour package rate depending on the type of event. Additional hours include an additional cost per hour. All events require a deposit 2 weeks prior to the event date. No one event is the same so please feel free to message me to further discuss a quote for your event!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When greeting a potential potential customer, the focus is initially to fully understand your event/gathering. Breaking down the logistics for the location, guests attending, and vibe for the occasion. Then providing the customer with the packages and services that I provide to pick which best suits their event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Practicing from a young age, I gained a passion for music and the joy that it brings people. With persistence and experience through local parties, bars, and celebratory events I was able to develop a style that can cater to any crowd that I play for.
