- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services come with detailed notes, mandatory 3 photos included, GPS map, notification of arrival/end, mobile app, fresh water, feeding if needed, cleaning after the walks, and more. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our standard process starts with a new client completing our Fulfillment Questionnaire. This is so we can have the right picture of your expectations and needs, your pet expectations and needs, and check our availability to make sure that we have a comfortable space in our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our senior pet care specialists are formally trained in veterinarian medicine and have years of experience and training in animal handling and pet care. Bark Support is also licensed in animal care and handling by NYC health department. All Bark Support associates go through vigorous training for 1 - 2 months before starting their solo work.
