- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a pretty simple breakdown of pricing. Please keep in mind these prices apply to 4+ walks scheduled per week. For anything less please add $5 for A-La Carte. Dog Walks are priced as follows: 30-mins: $18 45-mins: $23 60-mins: $28 Pet Visits( cats, small animals etc.): $18 for 30-mins. Prices available for longer visits if requested. In addition to these most popular services, we also offer overnight, almost overnight, and in home boarding. We are able to administer medications, fluids, injections as per your instructions. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients receive a free 30-min in home consult. Here we have the chance to formally introduce ourselves, in addition to gathering important information about your pet. Once we complete all the necessary paperwork and formalities, you and your pet will be ready to commence service immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pup Hub's has 9 years of experience in the field. In addition to this, I am currently in the process of attaining my Dog Behavior & Training Certification. With extensive experience working with rescue animals, I am familiar with the sensitive needs of all animals. All staff has been trained in First Aid and CPR, Puppy Socialization, Dog Body Language, and techniques on how to best handle fearful/shy dogs. Cats are not left behind! All staff is also trained in the T-touch method of handling which is excellent for more anxious or timid felines. All staff members are trained personally by me before being allowed to engage with any clients on their own to ensure they are prepared.
