My son takes drum lessons from Rob and I can't recommend him enough. He is a professional drummer and a professional teacher who has inspired my son to play and practice! Aside from being a patient, engaging and very talented teacher, he has the unique ability to make drum lessons both fun and productive.Mar 18, 2014
Rob has taught my teenage son to play multiple styles, read music, and enjoy going to lessons over the last two years. Rob not only models the drums, but often accompanies my son on piano which makes for a much more lively session, and teaches the give and take of playing with other musicians.Sep 11, 2012
Good first lesson. I look forward to working with Rob on getting my playing to the next levelNov 5, 2019Verified
Rob is a very patient, informative drum teacher, focused on learning to play music (the FUN part of learning to play drums!). He also teaches how to develop more technical aspects of drumming. I highly suggest Rob if you are just starting out or need to brush up on skills!Mar 17, 2014Verified
We knew Rob first through our kids and had heard he was an impressive musician. Now we know he's a gifted teacher as well. Our 4th grader has been taking lessons with Rob for almost a year now and I'm so pleased with his progress and enthusiasm. Rob's passion for music, though low-key, is infectious. Our son particularly loves when Rob accompanies him and they improvise together. I also really appreciate that when we hit that inevitable, "I don't want to practice" moment Rob worked with us on keeping it fun and interesting.May 23, 2014
