Hi my name is Itamar, I’m a professional drummer and instructor with 10 years of experience performing and teaching. I offer private drum lessons in NYC, working with students of all levels—from complete beginners to more advanced players looking to refine their technique and musicality. My approach is practical, personalized, and music-focused. Whether your goal is to play your favorite songs, build solid fundamentals, or develop your groove and feel, I tailor each lesson to fit your interests and pace. I focus on helping students sound good on the instrument as quickly as possible while building a strong technical foundation. I offer lessons either in my studio or in the student’s home, depending on what’s most convenient.
