FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing goes based off of how much i spend on material, if the home I’m working in is old or new if it’s old i charge more because of the old wiring and boxes that exist behind the walls already meanwhile new work allows me to have easier access to work. I provide discounts when i know for sure the customer has more work for me, if they buy material and if I’ve done jobs for them already. This is why i always get call backs from previous customers. And my fees for troubleshooting are $100 an hour, if i find whatever issue you’re having such as (lights are out, outlets not working, no power in the house, etc…) within the hour i waive the fee and only charge for labor (price varies depending on type of labor).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new costumer is to show them confidence and trust in my work with fair pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I didn’t attend any trade school or anything but i trained on construction sites such as skyscrapers, mansions, and schools/commercial sites
