Having experienced a tragic house fire, I was devastated as to where to rebuild. One of the biggest components of rebuild was to find a professional licensed electrical company. After meeting with Alex, I felt very at ease that this was the right choice to make. He was professional, knowledgable and friendly and his communication skills were A-1. Any issue that came up over the last 6-8 months of rebuild was resolved smoothly and efficiently. His team of electricians were first class. Arthur, John, and Krystian spent countless days rewiring the entire house and any request was never to much to ask. After 6-8 months, Alex and his amazing crew began to feel like family. Thank you for giving me back my home. I would highly recommend this company.

I discovered a nearly 20 year old electrical permit on my apartment that had not been closed out. Daven agreed to reopen and take over the permit from the prior electrician (who had gone out of business). They sent an electrician (Sam) to on-site to deal with the City Inspector who was as might be expected a bit difficult to deal with.Sam was friendly and professional and addressed the inspectors requirements on-site and dealt with his office to address the requested paperwork issues. The inspection was passed and the permit was closed out.Highly recommend Daven if you need prompt, responsive and professional service.

Daven Electric Corp was great to work with all around. We had a last minute job & they were able to accommodate us in their schedule as well as be super responsive throughout the whole process. They were very communicative & thorough. Sam & Luigi were onsite installing wiring in our office to provide power to a new set of standing desks & did a great job--they let me know what they were doing, estimates of how long it would take & very professional. I would work with them again.

Send an email requesting a quote. They scheduled the appointment and I received the quote right away. Once I accepted the quote was able to schedule the job. Luigi who completed the work was very courteous and did a great job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 5% new customer discount!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are uploaded to Kopperfield, and they are handled by either the service manager and/or the general manager (job size dependent). All work is conducted by a member of the DAVEN team; no subcontractors or day laborers are EVER used by DAVEN.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are NYC, Westchester, Putnam counties licensed electrical contractor fully insured with a 6MM policy and bondable (more state electrical licenses will be added this year and next year as I am testing now). I have EVITP (Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program) certification, ALL the field team have OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST cards as well as continually trained in electrical code, as well as drug screened.
