John Apone did an outstanding job installing new light fixtures and upgrading old, existing outlets, switches and circuit breakers in our apartment, while carefully avoiding doing any damage whatsoever. He was reliable, punctual and responsive every step of the way and did everything we asked him to do, including the challenging repair of an old, broken light bulb socket ... all at a fair price. He also graciously and quickly provided all the vendor documentation required by our management company. From the time of my search for an electrician to work with, until the completion of the job, John was professional, honest, and competent. Customer should take into account that working in New York City The right way following the many rules and regulations,high costing insurance ,material and labor costs money with all that said all our prices are fair and we do not take advantage of anyone and get the job done right.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the customer wants I don’t pressure them into doing something that they don’t want and just aim please.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience was in field training and I went to the electrical training school in Manhattan for two years when getting my NYC DOB Master electrician license.
