FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always upfront, transparent, and based on the scope of the work. I offer flat-rate pricing for common services like switch, outlet, and light fixture installations, so you’ll know the cost before the job begins—no hidden fees or surprises. If a project requires additional troubleshooting, parts, or electrical corrections for safety, I’ll let you know beforehand and provide a clear estimate. I also offer bundle discounts for multiple installations completed during the same visit, helping you save on larger or whole-home projects. Travel fees may apply for areas outside my primary service zone, but I always communicate that in advance. My goal is to provide fair, competitive pricing with quality workmanship you can rely on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by gathering clear details about the project—what type of switch, outlet, or light fixture you need installed and any specific concerns you may have. From there, I provide an upfront estimate and explain any factors that may affect the work, so you know exactly what to expect. Once the appointment is scheduled, I arrive on time, assess the area, and confirm the plan with you before starting. I work carefully, follow safety standards, and make sure everything is tested and functioning properly before I leave. After the job is complete, I walk you through the finished work and answer any questions to ensure you're fully satisfied. My goal is to make the entire process smooth, clear, and professional from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and experience in residential electrical work, focusing on safe and proper installation of switches, outlets, and light fixtures. Over the years, I’ve completed practical field training, safety courses, and continuous skill development to stay updated on electrical standards and best practices. While I handle only the types of electrical tasks allowed without a full electrician’s license, I make sure every installation is done correctly, securely, and up to code. My background combines real-world experience with a strong understanding of safety protocols, giving customers confidence that their home’s electrical work is handled with care and professionalism.
