When 'good' isn't good enough. Recently had some issues with flickering lights, reached out to straight wire and was promptly put on the schedule. On the day of service was contacted prior to arrival and once there was given detailed explanation as to what to expect.
Care was taken and respect shown to my living spaces as walls were required to be open up to determine the root cause of my issues. Turned out to be a short where when the wiring of the house was originally done in the 60's a staple was over driven. A new home run was done and and was able to split an overloaded circuit. Great work, with upcoming kitchen renovation I know who I will be using.
