A few things to keep in mind: • A retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event • Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the NYC/NJ area • Additional hours can be added if your event runs longer than expected • Expedited editing and albums are available as add-ons • Discounts may be available for multi-day bookings or bundled photo and video services I always aim to be upfront and work within your needs while maintaining a high standard of quality and experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be simple, collaborative, and stress-free from start to finish. • Initial Inquiry We start with a quick conversation to understand your event, vision, and what matters most to you. • Proposal & Booking I’ll send over a tailored proposal with clear options. Once you’re ready, a signed agreement and retainer secure your date. • Planning & Preparation Leading up to the event, I help with timeline guidance, shot planning, and any logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Event Day I arrive prepared and work in a calm, unobtrusive way, capturing both candid moments and key highlights while guiding you when needed. • Editing & Delivery After the event, your images are carefully selected and professionally edited. You’ll receive a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training in photography comes from a combination of hands-on experience, self-directed learning, and continuous professional development in the field. Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of events including weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and cultural ceremonies. This real-world experience has been the foundation of my growth as a photographer, especially in learning how to work efficiently in fast-paced, unpredictable environments while still delivering consistent, high-quality results. In addition to on-the-job experience, I continuously refine my skills in areas such as lighting, composition, storytelling, and post-production editing through workshops, online training, and studying industry professionals. My focus has always been on practical expertise and building a strong portfolio through live events, which has helped me develop both technical skill and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
