FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn't very flexible. I take into consideration travel time, travel expenses, hours shooting and hours editing and price accordingly. What I am flexible on is spending as much time as it takes to get the job done the way you want it to get done. My main focus is making you happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to teach them as much as they want to know. I'm not one of those "I'm the pro just listen to me" kind of guys. I also am very conversational. Energy is real and the body always reflects the person's energy. So I do what I can to keep the energy positive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I think drawing was such a huge heads up for photography. I mean drawing light really makes you find it in detail in the real world. I never took a formal photography course other than online at Lynda.com. I learned a lot from my brother who has been shooting as a hobby for more than 15 years. I learned the best way, which is through experience, a lot of trial and error. To me, as long as you seek out feedback, there's no better knowledge than experience. I think that can be said about a lot of things.
