Hello Alina, I have received your review and would like to respectfully clarify the situation for future clients. When you first contacted me, we discussed your needs for a photoshoot, and you also asked about recording a speech. I explained clearly that if you booked photo only, I could capture a few short speech moments as a courtesy. However, I also explained that I could not record the full ceremony, especially while working alone. You then decided to book both photography and a highlight video. The total cost for the package was $400, which included a 2-minute highlight video. I prepared a contract outlining all agreed services, and you reviewed and signed it. According to the contract, I delivered 100% of what was agreed: • Over 250 raw photos • A 2-minute highlight video • Several short speech clips included additionally During the event, while shooting the highlight video, the focus is on capturing short cinematic clips (a few seconds each), not continuous recordings such as full speeches. However, I still provided you with any speech footage I was able to capture. All deliverables were provided, and I can fully verify this. On the day of the event, the scheduled start time was 11:45 AM. I arrived 15 minutes early and attempted to contact you, but did not receive a response. After locating the correct entrance, I found that preparations were still ongoing, and the session began approximately 40–45 minutes late. Despite this delay, I worked efficiently to complete everything within the contracted scope. We also extended the session by 30 minutes, which you approved and paid for. After delivery, you mentioned that recording the full speech was more important than the photos and highlight video. However, this was never requested or included in our agreement. Recording a full ceremony requires separate coverage and typically an additional videographer. It is not possible for one person to fully handle both photography and continuous video recording at the same time. If this requirement had been clearly communicated in advance, I would have recommended adding another videographer and adjusting the package accordingly. Although I fulfilled all contractual obligations, I still apologized for any misunderstanding and offered a complimentary photoshoot as a gesture of goodwill.
