Payments are due once you're satisfied with the final product. Refund Policy: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that deposits for canceled events cannot be transferred to rescheduled ones. However, your deposit will be fully refunded if I'm responsible for any cancellations.
