I reached out to CrossCity and they immediately responded, scheduling an appointment at my earliest convenience. Ola came to take care of carpenter ants that punctured a small hole in our wall. After spraying inside the wall, hundreds came out from that one tiny hole! Ola took care of the initial site and then treated the entire interior and exterior of our home as well. He even checked for termites and notified us of mice in our basement. We will be having him back in a few months to do a follow-up of the ants and we are hiring him to take care of our basement. The process was minimal but very effective. He explained everything in detail, cleaned up afterwards and assured us there was nothing to worry about. He was also concerned of the safety of our 3 pets during the extermination. We are very satisfied customers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ola was super responsive and was able to come out within a few days of my initial request. I was not at the property, but he was very communicative and showed up exactly when he said he would. He removed a beehive quickly and efficiently, sent me photos during the process, and even went back two days later to confirm no bees had returned. 5 stars!

Professional. Great service. Informative. Flexible. Eliminated the mosquitos in my mother and my backyard. Our backyards are full of trees and plants. Treatment had no smell and worked instantly. Highly recommend. We couldn’t enjoy our backyard last summer and now enjoy it multiple times a week! Treatment lasted completely for a about two weeks (no mosquitos at all) Next two weeks saw a few Mosquitos but nothing that would prevent you from enjoying time in the backyard. It was still like 90% better than before. Great service!
