Impressive professionalism and rapid response. I reached out a few times to ask questions and Jean told me exactly how he would solve my problem with hornet bees in my attic. When he arrived, there was a bit more work involved, however he stuck to the price quoted. Not only did he exterminate but he also put up barriers to block future entry of the pests. "jean was very through and friendly. He explained all the methods and how they worked, both over the phone and in person for the bed bugs which was very helpful, since other technicians just spray and don't really say what they're doing and why. He was also very friendly and good with communication all throughout the process. I'll be recommending him to anyone else who has any pest issues! Thank you

Jean was easy to work with, accommodating. He addressed a bees situation in the soffit of our house. It's been about a week and we have not seen the bees back since! Hoping they do not return, though Jean provided assurance that he will come back if they do. Thank you!
