Germaine was pleasant, prompt and thorough and took tho time to explain the treatments he was using. He also explained that whatever infestation was happening was very minor but still treated it thoroughly to make sure it was stopped early. He then came back for a followup 2 weeks later since it was included in the service and treated again. I would use his services again but I really hope I don't have to.
