So first let me start by saying he's my hero and so professional I thought I had bedbug he took his time and was very thoro he checked he didn't find any. He sprayed all over my hse and made feel so safe now I could get some real sleep. If anyone is looking for an exterminator please call this guy he's wonderful.

A week ago I got my last of 3 treatments in my apartment for bedbugs. On the very first treatment I was pretty much impressed. I stopped seeing any live ones. They gave me a courtesy call to remind me about the 2nd treatment. Still no sign of any bedbugs. Fast and very professional. They took time to explain the process and put my anxieties at ease.

I was having a rodent issue in my apartment apartment, and that's what I called tru pest solutions. I have met My technician and his name was Videl, and he was very professional, and told me how he was going to take care of my problems. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
each listed price is per 1000sq ft. areas larger than 1,000sq ft will have an additional charge. prices for bed bug service are as stated 185 for the initial room $85 for each additional room after. 125.00 for roaches per 1000sq ft. 150.00 for rodents, fleas , ants, pantry pest, Flies per 1000sq ft. Prices slightly lower for studios and 1 bedroom apts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our first step is learn the specifics of the customer's issue(frequency, length of time with the issue ECT). Our second step is preparation this will include what the customer will need to do before, during and after service is completed. Our third step is application for whatever the service may be. our final step is to re-inspect to be certain the work was done correctly and inform the client of what was done, where it was done and how long the application will last in regards to the issue.
