Introduction: Who are we? Sweet Dream is the brainchild of Dawn Kelter and Jessica Sternick. Jessica is the company's business mind. Dawn is the culinary creative spirit. Dawn went to college down the road from the Culinary Institute of America. How did we start? One day, while riding back to Manhattan in the back of a van, Jessica presented Dawn with the idea of starting the company. "Great idea," said Dawn. "I always wanted to open a bakery named Sweet Dream." Just like that, the brand was born. Cake Pop Evolution Although everyone loves cake and cupcakes, they're tough to eat on the go. Cupcakes are messy and cake is more of a sit-down dessert. Cake pops are the new thing. They're the perfect size to give you the delicious sweetness you've been craving and you can sample more than one flavor without overloading. Sweet Dream was created to give customers a delicious taste of the flavors they love, as well as some new, unexpected flavors. Mix it up. Try them all.
