FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price schedule is very versatile. I take all forms of electronic payments. I offer Home Improvement loans, and payment. A friend told me that "a dream is not a dream until you can't afford it", it took me a while to decrypt it but, I finally got it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple: I do a standard walk through, I let the customer describe their project, then I advise. If all goes well then we do a schedule that works, I follow up with a cost assessment, then we look at compromise to the project if any are needed. Then we decide on a payment option; we agree on a down payment, and start date
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied to be an Electrical Technician while at trade school however, the job market was not welcoming at the time so, I did a continuing studies program in construction technology, pairing with on the job training. Followed by a small business management course. I later found Plumbing, and Heating/Boiler Technician to be of interest and I've been doing that aspect for 7 years now!
